1. Your Images Stay Private

When you upload an image to ImageToolkit, we never save it, share it, or look at it.

Tools like Background Remover, Crop Tool, and Watermark Tool work entirely inside your browser. Your image is processed on your own device — it never travels to any server at all.

For tools like Image Resizer, Compressor, and Converter that need server processing, your image is sent over a secure connection, processed instantly, and deleted from memory immediately. We have no database of user images. There is no storage. Your file exists on our server for less than a second.

2. No Account, No Tracking

You do not need to create an account to use ImageToolkit. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any personal information — ever.

We do not track you across websites. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not show you ads based on your activity. There is no user profile being built about you.

3. What We Do Collect

To keep the service running and understand how many people use it, we collect very basic anonymous information:

• •Page visits — which pages are visited and how often, without any link to who visited them.
• •Tool usage counts — how many times each tool is used, so we know which ones to improve.
• •Basic server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, request time). These are automatically deleted after 7 days and are never linked to your activity.

That's it. Nothing more.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — small pieces of data stored in your browser that help the site remember basic settings like your theme preference (light/dark mode).

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any cookie that follows you around the internet.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes. The only exception would be if we were legally required to do so by a court order — in which case we would comply with applicable law, but we would have very little to share since we collect almost nothing.

6. Security

All connections to ImageToolkit are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Your images sent to server-side tools are transmitted over secure, encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect our systems. However, no internet service can guarantee 100% security. We encourage you to only upload images you are comfortable sharing online.

7. Children's Privacy

ImageToolkit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our service, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights

Since we collect almost no personal data, there is very little to request. However:

• •You can ask us what data we hold about you — and the honest answer will almost always be "nothing identifiable."
• •You can ask us to delete any server logs associated with your IP address.
• •You can clear cookies from your browser at any time to remove any locally stored preferences.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never change this policy to allow selling your data or tracking you without giving prominent notice on the site.
